The calender is mainly used to produce 3250 mm coating board paper. The calender is processed and formed as a whole at one time, and is welded into a box-shaped structure with A3 steel plates. The forming steel plate is 25 mm, and the load bearing surface steel plate is 50 mm.

1.The tungsten carbide sprayed on the surface with a diameter of 800 mm has high hardness, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the roller surface and improve the smoothness and flatness of the paper.
2.In the initial design, the heat roller is arranged on the top, and the upper and lower roller bodies can be freely interchanged, which can arbitrarily improve the smoothness of any side of the paper.
3.The paper threading rope is convenient and reliable for paper loading, which greatly increases the safety of operation and use.
