ZSC Series High Density Cleaner, the cleaner equipment for pulp cleaning is mainly used to remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp, like staples, stones, glasses and so on.

Application & Features of High Density Cleaner

1. ss304 Stainless steel outside and ceramics cone inside. Double thickened wear-resisting ceramics of cone structure, great slag separation ability and long life service.

2. Control interlocking system, convenient and easy to control, put an end to the fiber loss.

3. Manual discharging, self-discharging, intermittence discharging and continuous discharging systems, sufficiently discharging impurities.

4. Equipped with sediment tank, controlled by LINUO Valve, and it discharges impurities every five to ten minutes.

5. High Density Cleaner is not equipped with motor. This paper pulping cleaner removes impurities by centrifugal force and gravity.

6. Pulp Cleaner can be used by a single unit, and can also be used in parallel in the process of large production capacity.
